Infosys has added new service lines such as consulting and package implementation, business process outsourcing, infrastructure management, testing and systems integration.

Infosys is focusing on developing intellectual property, providing robust solutions and introducing new pricing models. Infosys now provides offerings on a software-as-a-service model and a platform-based BPO solution for procure-to-pay services.
