Transparency and collaboration are catalysts of growth: Infosys COO

Indian companies need to share their experiences and learn from others to increase their global footprint,

according to Infosys Chief Operating Officer S.D. Shibulal. To grow globally, Indian companies must address

challenges in deal-making, leadership development, post-merger integration and management, and entry

strategies for different markets. He adds that transparency and collaboration will accelerate the creation

of Indian multinational corporations.

Shibulal shared Infosys’ experience of training leaders in ‘India Inc. Going Global’, an experience-sharing

and peer-learning program of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
